Steps We Take To Plan
Your Sim Racing Venue

Every project starts with understanding your goals, location and budget. From there we turn your ideas into a realistic sim racing venue concept, equipment plan and rollout roadmap that fits your market.

Discovery & Requirements Analysis

We always start with a deep conversation. We work to understand why you want a sim racing venue, who your customers are, where the venue will be located and what budget and timeline you are working with. On this basis we collect all functional, technical and business requirements for the project.

Concept, Design & Business Plan

Together we develop one or more venue concepts that match your goals and constraints. We help choose the right mix of motion simulators and hardware, plan the layout, define the role of PitStop and prepare an initial business plan. The aim is to maximise quality and future scalability within the agreed budget and schedule.

Implementation & Go-Live

Once the concept is agreed, we turn it into a concrete rollout plan covering hardware orders, logistics, installation and on-site setup. We configure PitStop, test all stations, train your team and support the first days of operation so that your new sim racing venue is ready to welcome its first customers with confidence.

When you decide to build a sim racing venue, the first steps usually feel exciting and simple.

You imagine the look of the place, the sound of engines, the smiles of your customers. But as soon as you move from idea to planning, the questions start to multiply. What hardware should you choose? How many motion rigs do you really need? What about power, cabling, safety? How do you protect expensive equipment from everyday use and still keep the experience fun and accessible?

Then the software questions arrive. You need simulators for cars  and they all have their own quirks and configuration traps. Something has to unlock and lock the machines at the right time, count sessions, control access and prices. You realise you also need a system for bookings and payments, a way to manage memberships and vouchers, and a simple flow for your staff so they don’t drown in manual work.

On top of that comes the business side.  What will a typical visit look like from customers point of view? How do you organise maintenance? Who do you call when something fails five minutes before a big event?  This is exactly the space where Apex One steps in.

We’ve already gone through these stages with our own sim racing centers and with partners in different countries.

We understand the technical foundations – from power, wiring and safety to the right motion platforms and peripherals – and how to translate them into a layout that actually works. We know how to connect simulators, venue management software, payments and booking systems so that the customer journey feels smooth and your staff can stay in control.

Sometimes you only need help choosing hardware; sometimes you want a full concept, from business model to opening day. In both cases, our goal is not to sell you as much as possible, but to help you build a venue that fits your market, your budget and your long-term plans. We bring our experience, tools and software so you don’t have to discover every pitfall on your own – and so you can focus on what matters most: creating a place where people love to come back and race.

Real-World Reference Centers

our Venues

We currently operate a flagship sim racing center in Wrocław, Poland, and ran a franchise location in Westfield, NJ.
These venues act as real-world laboratories where we test hardware, software and operating processes before recommending them to our partners.
They are also reference points you can visit to see how a complete Apex One setup works in practice.
